This Privacy Policy explains how Massage Dubai handles personal information when you use massagedubai.io, contact us, or book a home massage in Dubai. Massage Dubai is a mobile massage service operating under a UAE trade licence, with DHA-licensed therapists working across the emirate.
We handle personal information in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable UAE laws.
Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to answer your questions, arrange your booking and run the service safely.
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you write through our contact form, WhatsApp or email. When you book, we also collect the session address (building and unit, villa and community, or hotel and room number), preferred date and time, treatment, duration, and whether you prefer a male or female therapist.
Safety information: we may ask whether you have a condition that affects how a massage should be given, such as pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, blood-clotting history or allergies. You choose what to share.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site and referring page, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Reply to enquiries sent through our contact form, WhatsApp or email
- Confirm bookings, rates, therapist preference and arrival windows
- Give the assigned therapist the details needed to reach you and prepare the session
- Adapt a session safely where a health point has been shared
- Process payments and handle memberships or vouchers
- Handle complaints and feedback, and improve our service and website
- Meet our legal, licensing and accounting obligations
We never sell your personal information.
Health Information
Health details are sensitive and treated with extra care. They are collected only where they affect the safety of your massage, shared only with the therapist assigned to your booking, never used for marketing, and not kept longer than needed.
You can choose not to share health information, but a therapist may then need to adapt or decline a technique for safety. Our therapists are not medical professionals, and nothing you share is treated as a medical assessment.
Contact Forms and WhatsApp
Messages sent through our contact form reach our team by email so we can reply. WhatsApp conversations are handled through WhatsApp, operated by Meta, and Meta’s own privacy policy applies to its platform.
We use messages only to answer your enquiry and manage your booking. Contacting us does not add you to any marketing list.
Payments
Payment is taken after the session by card or cash, and memberships or vouchers are paid in advance. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card number, security code or banking passwords. We keep a record of the amount, date and payment method for accounting purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies keep the site working, for example securing forms and preventing spam. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop some features, such as the contact form, from working.
How We Share Your Information

- With the therapist assigned to your session, and the coordinator handling your booking
- With trusted providers for hosting, email, messaging, payments and analytics, who may use it only to serve us
- With the Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Municipality, courts or other authorities where required by law, or to protect the safety of clients and therapists
International Transfers
Some service providers, such as hosting, email or messaging platforms, may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected to a standard consistent with UAE data protection law.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep information only as long as needed. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after a reasonable period. Booking and payment records are kept as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require. Health information is kept only for the booking and any follow-up. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.
How We Protect Your Information
We use secure website connections, restricted access to booking information, and share only the details a therapist needs for your session. Therapists sign confidentiality terms, do not photograph clients or homes, and do not keep addresses beyond the booking. No system is completely secure, but we review our practices regularly.
Your Rights
Under UAE data protection law, you may ask to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information where it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent
- Restrict or object to certain processing
