Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to every booking made with Massage Dubai and to the use of massagedubai.io. Massage Dubai is a mobile home massage service operating in Dubai under a UAE trade licence, with DHA-licensed therapists. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

We provide professional massage at your home, villa, apartment or hotel room across Dubai, twenty-four hours a day. Therapists arrive with a professional table, fresh linens, warmed oils, towels and music. Our services are for relaxation and general wellbeing only. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy or a substitute for advice from a doctor.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to book, and anyone receiving a session must also be eighteen or older. By booking, you confirm you have the right to use the address given for the session.

Making a Booking

Bookings are made through WhatsApp, the contact form on our website or email. A booking is confirmed only once our team has confirmed the date, time, address, treatment, duration, therapist preference and price.

Please give accurate details. If your building, community or hotel requires visitor registration, you are responsible for adding the therapist’s name or informing reception before arrival.

Therapist Choice

You may request a male or female therapist on every booking, and that choice is honoured without substitution. If your preferred therapist is unavailable at your chosen time, we will tell you the real wait time or offer another slot rather than sending someone you did not approve.

We cannot guarantee a specific therapist by name on every date, as rosters change. If you would like the same therapist again, tell us and we will do our best.

Prices and Payment

Prices depend on the treatment and duration booked. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay, and it covers therapist travel, setup, oils and fresh linens. Nothing is added at the door.

Payment is due at the end of the session by card or cash. Memberships and gift vouchers are paid in advance.

Cancellations and Changes

You can cancel or change a booking free of charge with at least three hours’ notice before the confirmed start time.

Cancellations with less than three hours’ notice, or at the door, carry a travel charge covering the therapist’s time and transport. If the therapist arrives and cannot access the address or reach you within a reasonable time, the booking is treated as a late cancellation.

We may need to cancel or reschedule in rare cases, such as therapist illness, severe weather or safety concerns. If that happens, we will contact you as early as possible and offer a new time or a full refund of any deposit.

Arrival Times

We quote an arrival window based on your area, the time of day and traffic. Forty-five to sixty minutes from confirmation is typical. If the therapist does not arrive within the confirmed window, your session will be discounted or rebooked, whichever you prefer.

Your Space

Please provide a clean, safe room with floor space roughly the footprint of a dining table, one power socket and comfortable air conditioning. If the space is unsuitable, the therapist may suggest a seated session or a different room. Pets should be kept away from the session area.

Health and Safety

Before your session, tell us about any condition that could affect your massage, including pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, blood clots, high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin conditions, allergies or illness.

Pregnancy, recent surgery, deep vein thrombosis history, uncontrolled blood pressure, osteoporosis and active skin conditions require medical clearance before booking. Therapists may adapt, shorten or decline a session if they believe it is unsafe. If you choose not to share relevant health information, you accept responsibility for any resulting effects.

Professional Conduct

All sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any request for services outside professional massage, any inappropriate behaviour, or any situation where the therapist feels unsafe will end the session immediately. In such cases the full price remains payable, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Clients must treat therapists with respect. A therapist may refuse to start or continue a session if a client is intoxicated, aggressive or behaving inappropriately.

Satisfaction

If you are unhappy during the first ten minutes of the session, tell the therapist. The session will be adjusted, or stopped without charge. Complaints after a session should reach us within forty-eight hours so we can look into them properly.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for the treatment and duration shown and must be used before the expiry date stated. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and lost vouchers cannot be replaced unless we can verify the original purchase. Bookings made with a voucher follow the same cancellation terms.

Membership

Membership sessions are paid in advance. Unused sessions may roll over once, after which they expire. Membership terms, including rates, priority scheduling and cancellation of the membership itself, are confirmed when you join.

Personal Belongings

Please keep valuables secure during your session. Massage Dubai is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.

Limitation of Liability

We take care to deliver every session safely and professionally. To the extent permitted by UAE law, Massage Dubai is not liable for any reaction, injury or loss resulting from information not disclosed before the session, from failure to follow the therapist’s advice, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Website Use

The content on massagedubai.io, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Massage Dubai and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on the website is general guidance, not medical advice. We try to keep it accurate, but prices, services and availability may change.

Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it and your rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and the terms in place at the time of your booking apply to that booking.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
